Winch drives

The Bonfiglioli and O&K lines of winch drives expertly meet requirements for lifting and lowering the cutter head on ladder winches and anchor boom winches on dredging vessels. Rated to FEM M5 standards, these series of drives are built to resist harsh environments and load shocks during long operation. Highly reliable and safe, the products benefit from marine specifications (surface protection and oil seals).

Planetary drives

By combining the Bonfiglioli and O&K product lines, Bonfiglioli planetary drives offer the widest torque range available on the market today. Both gearboxes with rotating housing and non-rotating housing are configurable for electric and hydraulic applications. The various possible combinations of these drives testify to the high modularity of Bonfiglioli solutions for deck machinery.

Slew drives

Bonfiglioli slew drives can withstand very high torque while maintaining high efficiency with reduced dimensions and weight. Suitable for the most demanding offshore jobs, these drives are available with integrated pinions. Their design optimizes torque performance and radial load capacity to give expertly mesh pinion and ring gear. For accurate adjustment, the Bonfiglioli series are available with eccentric mounting between the pinion axis and the casing axis.
